Easy Coconut Cardamom Macaroons
- 2 Large Egg Whites
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Cardamom
- 1 ½ cups flaked Sweetened Coconut
- Preheat oven to 325°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place egg whites in a medium bowl and lightly beat with a whisk. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, and cardamom and stir well with a whisk until foamy. Add coconut and toss well to combine.
